Greg Cooley Wines

Greg Cooley Wines is a Clare Valley label founded in 2002, after Greg Cooley left city life for the valley in 1999. Before wine, Greg took what he jokingly calls the traditional path: real estate and owning a Wendy's ice creamery. He sources fruit from a trusted network of growers across the Clare Valley and the neighbouring Adelaide Hills, and has always focused on connecting directly with customers.

By 2003 Greg was taking his wines on the road with wine lunches around Australia, building a loyal following. Kelli joined the business in 2007 after meeting Greg at one of those lunches, and over Easter 2011 they opened their first cellar door, where live music became part of the brand, with artists such as Beccy Cole, Adam Harvey and Russell Morris.

In 2021 they moved to a new, larger cellar door in the Clare Valley. The wines span more than 20 vintages of characterful releases.
