Wolseley Wines is a boutique vineyard on the slopes of Paraparap, just off the Great Ocean Road inland from Bells Beach and Torquay, and calls itself the Surf Coast's best-kept secret.
The winery runs on organic principles and is completely off-grid, powered by solar and wind. It makes small quantities of Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Riesling and botrytis Semillon.
Wines are held back until they are ready, and some are sold only at the rustic cellar door.
