Willoughby Park is a family-owned winery in Western Australia's Great Southern, now part of the Summer Honey group alongside Boston Brewing Co. and Mabel Fox cider. It has two vineyards: one at Denmark, where the Willoughby Park cellar door shares a site with its sister venue Boston Brewing Co., and one in the Kalgan River area just inland from Albany.
Both vineyards produce high-end cool-climate Great Southern fruit, and the winery grows its own Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet, making wines across the Ironrock Premium, Kalgan River, Willoughby Park and Here for a Good Time ranges. Working exclusively with its own single-vineyard fruit, the team sees each vintage as a chance to show the character of the site, as in its recent Shiraz releases matured in French oak.
Boston Brewing Co., established in 2011 as one of the region's first breweries, celebrates local landmarks such as the tingle trees of the Valley of the Giants and Elephant Rocks at Greens Pool in its can artwork, and Mabel Fox cider is pressed from real fruit grown at the group's Perivale Farm orchard in Donnybrook.
