Tintilla Estate is a family-run boutique single-vineyard winery and olive grove on Hermitage Road, Pokolbin, in the Hunter Valley, established in 1994. The estate is all about a love of food, wine and family.
Five varieties of olive grow among the vines on the 25-acre property, planted in 1994 before the vineyard. Tintilla makes distinctive, award-winning single-vineyard wines along with olive products and estate-grown food.
The cellar door, reached by an olive-lined drive, offers seated tastings from large Riedel glasses with cheese platters and Tintilla condiments, looking out over rolling vineyards. It is often described as one of the Hunter Valley's best-kept secrets.
