Tim Gramp Wines

Tim Gramp Wines is a Clare Valley winery founded by Tim Gramp, a fifth-generation descendant of the Barossa wine family that made Orlando famous. Tim made his first wine in 1991, a full-bodied Shiraz that won a trophy and six gold medals, including gold at the Intervin International show in New York. His Shiraz has three times been named Champion Dry Red Wine of Australia at the Small Winemakers National Wine Show.

Tim chose the Clare Valley as his base for its terra rossa and alluvial soils, Mediterranean climate and cool nights. His philosophy is exceptional wine from small parcels of fruit from single-site vineyards in the Watervale sub-region, using traditional basket pressing to capture regional and varietal character.

The Clare Valley cellar door welcomes visitors.
