Rob Hall Wines is the Yarra Valley label of winemaker Rob Hall. From 2002 to 2011 he was winemaker at the revered Mount Mary Vineyard, ten vintages that he says went by in a flash. He then spent three years at Kellybrook Winery while starting his own label, and went full-time on his own in 2014.
In 1996 the family planted a small vineyard at Rob's parents' property, 4 acres each of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, whose fruit was long sold to larger wineries. As the vines have matured and settled, they now supply Rob's own wines.
The range also includes wines from other vineyards, such as a Cabernets blend drawn from three sites for complexity.
