Radburnd is a family-owned Hawke's Bay winery led by Kate Radburnd, one of New Zealand's most decorated winemakers, with more than four decades in Hawke's Bay wine. After Vidal she became winemaker at Pask, where she became a shareholder and managing director and helped make it one of the region's most respected names.
Kate works with her daughter Penelope Radburnd, a University of Adelaide graduate who worked vintages at Craggy Range, Kumeu River and Clearview, and with winemaker Sara Macdonald. Both share a particular passion for Chardonnay.
The winery focuses on Hawke's Bay Chardonnay and Syrah, and the cellar door is on Ngatarawa Road.
