Nintingbool is a family-owned and operated winery and vineyard at Smythes Creek, just west of Ballarat in Victoria. Smythes Creek is named after Captain John James Barlow Smythe, who held the lease of the Nintingbool run in 1846; the name, originally 'Nentingbull', comes from an Aboriginal word.
Its wines include Shiraz, Pinot Noir and rosé.
