Miss Zilm is the personal project of a winemaker who has made wine, especially Riesling, in the Clare Valley for twenty years, created to keep a connection with the place she calls her winemaking home.
Each wine comes from a single, pedigree vineyard site in the valley, capturing the character of Clare and its sub-regions and celebrating the growers behind the fruit. The wines are found at fine wine retailers and restaurants across Australia and overseas.
