Millbrook Winery

Millbrook is a boutique winery and restaurant at the historic town of Jarrahdale in the Perth Hills, on Chestnut Farm, a property surrounded by jarrah forest where vines were first planted in 1865. Peter and Lee Fogarty bought the property in the 1990s and planted the first modern vines in 1996 with their children John, Mark and Anna, and the winery and restaurant opened in 2001.

Millbrook makes handcrafted wines, many from alternative varieties, sourced from Western Australia's best regions: the Perth Hills, Margaret River, Geographe, the Great Southern and the Swan Valley. Its Viognier is considered world-class, alongside Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Shiraz Viognier, Fiano, Chenin Blanc and Verdejo, all reflecting a philosophy of honest regional expression.

The restaurant is one of Western Australia's best, rated two stars in the WA Good Food Guide's Top 100 for 2026, and the cellar door overlooks the lake and gardens.
