Marcus Hill Vineyard is a small vineyard on the Bellarine Peninsula, a short drive from Geelong towards Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale. It was established in 1999 with plantings of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Shiraz, followed by Pinot Gris.
The Bellarine is bounded by the sea on two sides and stays cool through the growing season. The wines are made in a way that suits the site, giving elegant, delicate styles.
The grapes are hand-picked in small parcels, often with the help of family and friends.
