Hope Estate is a family-owned and operated working winery, brewery and distillery in the heart of Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley, set in spectacular grounds. It is home to Australia's largest purpose-built outdoor winery concert amphitheatre, which hosts legendary performers each concert season.
Its estate-grown wines come from its own Pokolbin vines, including Semillon, Shiraz and Chardonnay, alongside the Tower Estate, Hope Signature and Virgin Hills ranges. Hope Brewery opened in 2014, known for hoppy ales in black cans, and Hope Distillery, established in 2020, makes small-batch premium Australian grain spirits.
The cellar door is open Wednesday to Sunday, with tastings of wine, beer and spirits by booking.
