Hill River Estate is a young cellar door in the Polish Hill River valley of the Clare Valley, run by the Jaeschke family, who brought their farming knowledge into the vineyard in 2010.
The cellar door looks out over the Polish Hill River and the family's farm and vineyard, and visitors praise its friendly, generous tastings.
