Grape Farm Winery is a small, family-tended vineyard in its own natural amphitheatre in Victoria's Pyrenees wine region. Established in 1976, it has ten acres of mature vines, including Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Pinot Noir.
The winemaking is personal and traditional, founded on organic principles: vines are hand-pruned, hand-tended and hand-picked, and the grapes are fermented in open vats and matured in French and American oak and stainless steel for up to 18 months.
