Frog Rock Wines was established in Mudgee by Sydney chartered accountant Rick Turner and Jenny Turner, with a cellar door on Edgell Lane, off Ulan Road, about 5 km from town.
Their son Ed Turner helped grow production from 500 to 60,000 cases a year, exporting to four continents. The wines included Shiraz, Merlot, Chambourcin, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, rosé and the sparkling Fizzy Frog.
