Flying Fish Cove

Flying Fish Cove is one of Margaret River's larger wineries, established in 2000 on Caves Road in the Wilyabrup subregion, about 25 kilometres north of the township. Its wines reflect the fruit of the Wildberry vineyard, a site that favours low yields, intense flavour and bold structure, and the winemaking relies on wild yeast and minimal intervention.

The winery aims for minimal impact on the region's environment and ecology, and since 2019 its winemaking facility has been certified organic by Australian Certified Organic for contract processing. Alongside its own premium, good-value wines, such as a certified organic Chenin Blanc and the Italian Job Fiano and Sangiovese, Flying Fish Cove runs a custom-crush winemaking service for other producers.

In 2025 it launched Wildberry Road Distillery, making spirits from hand-selected botanicals and local wine, and it also offers contract distilling. Recent results include five medals at the 2026 Perth Royal Wine Show and dual gold medals at the WA Alternative Varieties and Geographe Wine Show.
