Curator Wine Co is a family-owned and operated Barossa Valley producer founded by Tom and Bridget White, focused on exceptional old-vine vineyards across the Barossa's historic hamlets, including Marananga, Seppeltsfield, Greenock, Eden Valley, Kalimna, Ebenezer, Stone Well, Lyndoch and Nuriootpa. Tom's love of wine began in the late 1980s, when his family established a cool-climate vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.
The winery and estate vineyard are at Marananga, on the Barossa's renowned Western Ridge. Working with very old Shiraz, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, the fruit is hand-harvested, traditionally fermented, basket-pressed and aged only in French oak. The wines are vegan-friendly and bottled without fining or filtration.
Across the estate and partner growers' vineyards, farming is sustainable, with minimal cultivation and no herbicides or pesticides.
