Cottontail Wines is at Harefield Ridge near Wagga Wagga in the Riverina, on 100 acres of undulating land. Gerry McCormick established the winery in 2001, seeking a life away from the nine-to-five, and planted more than 170 olive trees that now welcome visitors.
In 2016 Gerry's daughter Lilly took over as restaurant manager. The restaurant focuses on fresh local Riverina produce alongside the estate's wines.
