Concrete & Clay was founded by the Baggio family, one of Victoria's long-standing wine industry families, whose working history goes back to the early 20th century in Montello, Italy.
Chief winemaker Paul Baggio started in his early twenties in Italian wineries, studied winemaking and brewing in Europe and Australia, and worked vintages in South Africa and the USA before returning to Australia as a consultant.
The range includes Pinot Noir and Bordeaux-variety reds.
