Bellebonne is a Tasmanian sparkling wine house founded by Natalie Fryar, known as 'Australia's Sparkling Queen'. She began making sparkling wine in 1996 at Seppelt Great Western, where tasting decades-old sparkling from the underground cellars in the mid-1990s cemented her devotion to the style.
After many years making sparkling wine from Tasmanian fruit, she established Bellebonne to focus solely on making Australia's best sparkling wine, from its Tamar Valley vineyard. It won Best Sparkling Rosé in Australia at the 2022 Halliday Wine Awards.
The cellar door offers tastings, and the Evenfall Dining Room serves seasonal Tasmanian food by chef Chris Puckey.
