Bago Vineyards

Bago Vineyards is a working family farm at Herons Creek, 30 minutes from Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, with a vineyard and winery, pastures, crops and beef cattle. Jim and Kay Mobbs have been at Bago since the 1970s, transforming an old dairy farm.

In 1985 they planted the first Chardonnay vines on the property's alluvial flats, and Bago Vineyards was born.

Today visitors can taste estate-grown wines at the cellar door, share grazing platters and explore the Bago Maze, the first part of the planned Bago Gardens.
